They always answer their phone or email very promptly and really do care about their customers and business.  They installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home and put in exactly what I asked for at a really reasonable price. I searched my neighborhood for an A/C contractor vehicle because I was needing service this last Saturday afternoon. I knocked the door, no answer,  so I called the number on the Hendrick van. An operator answered and I received a return call within a very short time to schedule an appointment. A technician showed up within 16 hours at 800am on the Sunday morning. I wanted to call someone who isn’t a large company that advertises a lot. They came out within a couple hours of calling and installed a new unit the next morning at 7:30 even though it was a weekend. They explained what happened and was wrong with it but they couldn’t fix it because it was so old.
