What a great bunch of people in your Grove office. The ac went out on my daughter’s house on Grand Lake. I called hoping beyond hope that someone could come soon. Candy told me a serviceman would be out THAT AFTERNOON! Shawn came and got it running and was so nice, polite, and efficient. Will always recommend them for the Grove and Grand Lake area. Hendrick Heat & Air is hands down the best company to call when you have an AC emergency. I called on a Saturday evening, and they had a technician at within an hour. Knowing our unit was on its last leg, we were expecting the news of needing a new unit. They were able to give our old unit a small fix to get us through the night and Sunday which saved us from spending money on a hotel. August heat in Oklahoma without AC? No thank you 🙃 They came back first thing Monday morning with a new unit installed in a couple hours. Very respectful and professional technicians! I had a really bad back up in my heat and air drain line, I thought it was a plumbing problem at first . So my plumber’s came and snaked out all my drains and it still wasn’t fixed. I had a couple people try to trouble shoot the problem and to no avail. Chelsea with Hendrick heat and air came over and she immediately knew the problem!! Chelsea had me fixed up in no time. She hooked up a nitrous tank to the outside and removed probably 30 years of mud and gunk. My grandmother is 100 years old. And Chelsea was so friendly and such a great worker that I told her from now on she is who I’m going to ask for!! Chelsea was absolutely phenomenal ❤️💯 Chelsea proved that sometimes a woman can truly do a job better than a man!! We Loved our Hendrick Heat and Air experience!!!! Hendrick responded to our immediate need during a weekend. My father being 91 and a veteran needed help with his ac during one of the hottest days of the summer and on a Sunday. Andy arrived within an hour of calling. He was very knowledgeable and helped assess our situation. A new unit was installed the next day.
