I was very happy to do business with this company. They are well run, efficient, and courteous in everything they do.  They always answer their phone or email very promptly and really do care about their customers and business.  They installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home and put in exactly what I asked for at a really reasonable price. I searched my neighborhood for an A/C contractor vehicle because I was needing service this last Saturday afternoon. I knocked the door, no answer,  so I called the number on the Hendrick van. An operator answered and I received a return call within a very short time to schedule an appointment. A technician showed up within 16 hours at 800am on the Sunday morning. I wanted to call someone who isn’t a large company that advertises a lot. They came out within a couple hours of calling and installed a new unit the next morning at 7:30 even though it was a weekend. They explained what happened and was wrong with it but they couldn’t fix it because it was so old.
