She was kind, timely, informative, and professional. The evening that we had our service, we had to turn the AC temp up from our normal 68 to 71 to not freeze to death. The install crew walked through my house and said what I wanted wouldn’t work in my house instead of installing it and saying nothing. After discussing what would work best, they did an excellent install and cleaned up well afterwards. I highly recommend them.
